Before beginning, you may want to get a marker, a pen or lipstick to write on your skin as you will be asked to mark/brand yourself.
You will start out fully clothed as you are guided into a hypnotic trance. You will then be asked to remove your clothing and to write on your skin.
If you can’t write on yourself during this, then just allow it all to play out in your mind (like a movie). In hypnosis, your mind can’t tell the difference between real and make believe so it will actually feel as if you are writing on yourself.
